The proposed work is part of a structured framework, adapted to each situation.
I rely on different approaches, chosen according to your situation:
- Emotional, cognitive and behavioral therapies (CBT) : allows work on thought patterns and behaviors that maintain difficulties.
- Schema therapy: explores patterns of functioning established over time, often linked to personal history.
- EMDR: allows for the reprocessing of traumatic or significant experiences that remain active. These approaches allow for the exploration of the mechanisms underlying difficulties, whether current or related to past experiences. The goal is to enable lasting changes in emotional and relational functioning.
